OmniGraffle Professional’s feature set includes support for importing Microsoft® Visio® files, templates, and stencils in the .vsd, .vsdx, .vdx, .vst, .vtx, .vss, and .vsx formats. Support for Visio® 2013 .vsdx documents was introduced in OmniGraffle 6.1 for Mac and OmniGraffle 2.0 for iOS.
OmniGraffle can also export to the Visio® XML document format, .vdx, which can be read by Visio® 2003 and later. Visio® import/export support is a Pro-only feature, so the Standard version of OmniGraffle does not support import or export of Visio® documents.

Clickable prototypes (e.g. of your website or web application) can be very helpful in communicating your design ideas, or doing user testing, after you export them to HTML.
I found a nice article with several good tips about making a clickable prototype in OmniGraffle: http://www.viget.com/advance/how-to-create-prototypes-with-omnigraffle/. The OmniGraffle application 'Help' entry, 'Making objects interactive with the Action inspector,' also has some great information.
Making a clickable prototype in OmniGraffle is very simple, really:
1. Select the object you want to make clickable (you may have to ungroup it from other objects first--often that happens with nav bars).
2. In the Properties->Actions Inspector, select either 'Jumps Elsewhere' (and specify the canvas or point in a canvas you'd like to jump to) or select 'Shows or Hides Layers' if, for example, you have an overlay or dialog box you want to show or hide on click.

How add a stencil in OmniGraffle
The path to the folder for OmniGraffle stencils has changed. Here are instructions for OG 5.3.6:
1. Use the Terminal app, or use the Finder's Go menu choose Go to Folder to open this hidden folder: ~/Library/Application Support/The Omni Group/OmniGraffle/Stencils/
2. Put a copy of the file there.
3. When you open OmniGraffle, the stencil will be available in the Stencils window.
Modifying a Stencil
Modifying a stencil is very simple. In OmniGraffle, do the following:
1. In the Stencils window, choose the CalCentral stencil.
2. From the Stencils window's gear menu, choose Edit Stencil:
If you're feeling uncertain you can also choose Edit a Copy.
The editable stencil appears in a dedicated stencil-editing window.
3. Edit the stencil.
4. When you're done, close the stencil-editing window.
The new version of the stencil is ready to be used.
Note: These instructions are from Mac OS X 10.7.2, where saving is a little different from Snow Leopard, so YMMV.
If you make changes you want to share, navigate back to the stencil file's directory, and attach the stencil to this page.
Making a stencil file from scratch
